In relation to the management of the existing contractual relationship, the data shall be kept for the timeframes defined by the reference legislation as well as, upon termination of the supply relationship, for the term not exceeding 30 years in relation to the storage of civil law data only. Â

The personal data collected are processed by the authorised persons who need to have knowledge of them in the performance of their duties and by any external parties who may act as co-processors or processors, as the case may be, according to explicit appointment.
