Born out of a small home-made workshop, Walcor has mantained throughout time the same values of the family company. In spite of the expansion in national and international markets, quality and attention, typical of the family man, remain.

Chocolate is our passion. We both built imaginary worlds and realized our enterprenaurial dream with it. It let us into houses, it remembered us how sweet it can be to stay together. It introduced us to famous people, it allowed us to meet youngsters’ dreams. Quite a number of people returned to their childlike state with it, other stopped being so.
Aldo Santini & Carlo Santini
Founded in 1954 by Walter Corsanini, from whose initials came the name, Walcor started in a small home-made workshop which produced the traditional “Graffione cremonese”. Afterwards, it specialized in Chocolate coins, Hollow figures and Easter Eggs.
Since the 80s, Walcor is managed by nephews Carlo and Aldo Santini, who kept on their grandfather’s work improving the market presence and making the sales increase.
At the beginning of the new millennium, the increasing success has led the company to leave the original headquarter in the center of Cremona. It was moved to a new industrial area in Pozzaglio ed Uniti, near Cremona, expanding itself in an area of 80 thousand square metres.
In the last few years, Walcor has been at the heat of a big increase and it’s now leading the chocolate market. Nowadays, it reveals itself to the customers, of which the more and more are choosing the Walcor brand, with a renewal in image and products ideas.
With an official document dated 15th of December 2015, Walcor expresses its own social, ambiental and safety policies. Different areas are covered by Walcor’s ethical code, for example safety at work and freedom of association. Walcor’s policy is active against corruption applicable to all the stakeholders towards the company.
Production and Packaging
Since the beginning of the 90s, Walcor’s efforts converged on the organised large-scale distribuition. This choice has been effective for investment, production and commercial policies: in the 2000s, thanks to the new management, the strong dynamism and the flexibuility in the making of private label products, the company has reached the first positions in market share of the Easter Eggs and it’s clear leader in the production of Chocolate coins.
Walcor is present throughout the world: from Europe to Asia, Arab countries, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and America. It takes part to the most important exhibitions of the sector. The exportation share in the turnover consists mostly of Chocolate coins, of which Walcot is leader. Thanks to the flexibility of the production and to an internal graphic department, the company is able to satisfy any customers’ request, from the production of a client project to the studying of a new product
